This Chinese green tea was originally grown only in the Jiangxi Province, but because of its popularity, is now grown throughout China. The Chinese refer to Chunmee as "Precious Eyebrows" because of the unique way it’s produced. The leaves are carefully hand-rolled into the shape of an eyebrow and then pan fired.

Our Organic Chunmee brews up pale liquid in color, full-bodied with bright, hearty and earthy vegetal notes, but  smooth.  It can easily stand up to strong flavored foods and is an excellent palette cleanser
