Also known as Dragonwell, Long Jing is a famous green tea from Hangzhou, in the Zhejiang Province in China.  Often referred to as the national drink of China, Long Jing is typically the tea served to foreign heads of state and a portion of annual production is set aside for government employees.  

Long Jing tea is made from carefully pressed spring leaves heated early in the process to prevent natural oxidation.  

This highly prized tea is low in caffeine and high in antioxidants. Our Organic Long Jing has a mild balanced flavor with notes of sweet grass and roasted chestnut.  It brews up a pale yellow liquor and is refreshing any time of day.
