This is supposed to be one of those “downshift” teas that relax you at the end of the day. The aroma and flavor was almost invigorating, especially the peppermint and lemongrass. Maybe it’s the floral aroma that lends it the relaxing qualities, because I did slip into a chill out mode. This is nice. I might try it again.
